What went wrong with the Proteas

The Proteas as the South African team is famously known has one of the best assembled squads in this decade but everytime, its always so near yet so far. In all the T20 World cup tournaments they featured in they have dissapointed dismally by putting below par perfomances that has left all their fans frowning. The T20 tourney on in the West Indies was no exception as the Ptroteas once again dissapointed. Their top order failed to click in all the matches they played and this has raised some doubt over their world ranking. Smith, Kallis, Gibbs, AB de Villiers failed to produce even half the form that saw them rise to the top.
Well i think the problem is with the coaching staff coz skill is in abundance. The team need some new ideas at the helm there for thjem to raise otherwise minnows like Zimbabwe, Ireland and Kenya to name but a few will romp over them in future tournaments.
